IKOY was commissioned to double the terminal size and keep it operational without disruption.
The firm had an airport and an emerging architectural signature, however, the existing building was an excellent piece of International Style work: in fact, one of the best in Canada.
Jim and I determined to make the end product so respectful to the original that we joked that not even the original designers would know where their work ended and ours began.
