The biggest, the fastest and the most successful of our developments, Bromley Square combined 396 apartments in 31 storeys with a 6-storey office building, a 2-storey recreational centre and a 436-stall parking structure.
We put it up in 121 days and leased it in a week.
On Bromley, we proved our high-speed constructive theories. We were in the major league. Now, I had to step up to the plate and dare to be an Architect with a capital ‘A’.
It was then that I wrote everything I knew about architecture and came up with nine pages; you could say I had a ways to travel.
