My first ‘high-rise’. Each unit cost $8,500. Could architecture even happen here? I placed the windows in the corners of the rooms, changing corners, making patterns on the façade. I knew nothing of Skin; I was just desperately trying to make a place that ‘winked’ at those who passed by.

Note the roof court; they’re hip now, but this was 34 years ago.
